Helping out in our local community is the third tier of our pledge to honor Jean Ann's legacy. Helping out youth programs and school programs in our area helps to lay a healthy foundation for the next generation. All requests will be reviewed by the JAC Foundation Board within 

45 days. You will be notified once the JAC Foundation Board has made a decision. Interviews may be scheduled following review to gain a further understanding of your need. Please note that an interview is not a guarantee of approval, just a step in the process.
